Trash chute making life easier on mold job

This particular job located in North Las Vegas was interesting with challenges to say the least. A beautiful home with a wrap around balcony had failed. That means when it would rain moisture would be trapped under the flooring of the balcony. Happening over time with virtually no time caused a little bit of an issue. Mold.

The flooring of the balcony had to be completely removed to be treated properly. Now, because there was so much building material that had to be removed, we thought it would be a lot easier to get a trash chute instead of tacking it through the house and making a mess or damaging something that shouldn't be. You can see in the photo the chute is conveniently located next to the balcony and next to the dumpster.
